END POST
An End Post is located at either end of a Rail or Cable System.
All posts are secured to the base surface or wall.
T POST
A T Post is located between an End Post or a Corner Post. The
cables pass through the "T" Post where the rails lock into place.
Fixing is the same as the End Post.
CORNER POST
A Corner Post is used to change angles or to terminate a Cable
System. Fixing is the same as the End Post.
CABLE SYSTEM
A standard Cable System consists of up to eleven cables between
two posts. plus one stainless steel Top Rail. (An optional
Timber Top Rail can be purchased from timber suppliers to
your specifications) The Cable can only be used in straight
lines. All Cable and fittings are made entirely of 316 stainless
steel. Cables can be easily adjusted.
DIY
CABLING SYSTEM
Available ready to install. Timber to timber spigots, timber
to metal posts spigots, metal to metal posts spigots.
HAND
RAIL, BALUSTRADE & BARRICADE SYSTEM
Available in one. two, three or four Hand Rail Systems. The
system can be manufactured in any or equal lengths up to two
metres to suit the desired area. The Hand Rails are designed
to connect with the End Post, T Post or Corner Posts.
VERTICAL
RAIL SYSTEM
Contains two or three Horizontal Rails with Vertical Rails
spaced at a maximum 120mm centres. Vertical Rail Systems come
as a pre-assembled unit ready for installation
VERTICAL
CABLE SYSTEM
Vertical cables for all areas. Handrail, balustrade & barricade
system. Stocks available now direct from QUICKRAIL®
SPECIFICATIONS:
ALL QUICKRAIL® System, are fabricated from grade 316 stainless
steel. Posts: Standard height IOO6mm. The Hand Rail, Balustrade
& Barricade Systems meet the requirement of: AS:1657 and amendments.
The Hand, Balustrade, Barricade and Vertical Rail System are
connected with a retaining adhesive. No welding required.
ALL QUICKRAIL® COMPONENTS can be made to your specification.

This is to certify that a Structural Engineering analysis
of the stainless steel hand rails and cable used by your company
has been carried out in accordance with the requirements of
AS1657 "Fixed Platforms, walkways, stairways and ladders -
Design construction and installation" and its amendments.Construction
of quick rail and slim line cabling system - cables & handrails
- as supplied and manufactured by STK Engineering Pty Ltd
is certified as structurally satisfactory and in compliance
with current code requirements.
This
Certificate is issued for the sole use of STK Engineering
Pty Ltd Products.
